How to preset the memory height? Press and hold the "Up" or "Down" button to adjust to the desired height, then press and hold the "1" or "2" key for 3 seconds to store the current height to the corresponding memory position. Does the desk include casters? Our standing desk doesn't come with casters, but rubber pads.
