The Tuffcare Transport sling is designed to be used only with a stand-up the sling. It will accommodate patients who have the weight-bearing capacity, have full head and neck control, are able to bend at the hip, knees, and ankles, and are able to sit upon the edge of the bed’s surface. The Transport sling is used for simple transfers or transporting patients for longer distances while being in a seated position and will accommodate toileting due to its large opening.

PROFESSIONAL QUALITY Made of three layer solid polyester with a plush soft lining that does not irritate a patient’s sensitive skin. The middle layer is padded for support and comfort while the outer layer is tough and reinforced for weight carrying. This prevents users from sliding while in the sling, ensuring their safety while they enjoy the velvet embrace of the sling.
COMPATIBILITY This patient transport sling can be used with any Stand Up lift system equipped with a stand-up lift arm, including Tuffcare, Hoyer, Joerns, Drive, Medline, Lumex, McKesson, ProActive and others. It will not work with Floor type lifts.
PERFECT SIZE The XL size sling is intended for users over 450 lbs and can handle up to 600 lbs. Use our reference guide to find the size that works the best for you or your patient.
MAINTENANCE This reusable body sling is easy to clean. It is machine washable and can be air dried at low temperatures. Refer to sling label for washing instructions.
