You can update the version to the latest version in the APP settings, then the sound from the camera will be heard normally. Why is there no video image on the monitor after the camera is powered on again? Pls wait for sometime to let the camera restart & pair with the monitor, if you can not see the video after waiting for a long time, you can disconnect the camera and monitor and re-pair them again via the setting of "Camera" with the monitor. How to connect the baby monitor and the camera? Can i turn off the Wi-Fi connection when i don't need to use the APP? The monitor will automatically pair with the camera when they are turned on. The connection between camera and APP need to use 2.4G WiFi, when you don't need to use the APP, you can disable the WiFi via the monitor's setting of "Safety Protection"
